Prima is happy to announce that we are now offering adult ballet classes. Classes will cover ballet positions along with steps and movement while focusing on awareness of proper posture and body alignment. Standing barre work and center floor exercises will be given to enhance coordination, strength, balance and flexibility.
Experience the power of SoulBody’s signature method and flow that is smart, functional, more athletic yet mindful in its approach. This results-driven program brings shape, tone and will strengthen the body with pre-choreographed classes.
*Please remember to bring your own mat, light weights (3-5lbs.max) and water!
A fusion of Pilates fundamentals and ballet inspired exercises. A class designed to strengthen and lengthen the body while improving cardiovascular endurance. Instructor will incorporate small props (provided) and mat elements for a greater variety of movement.
